    How To Sprint ? HElp PLease????/?

    You don't want to do high knees. You do want to DRIVE the knees FORWARD though. You will also want to pump your arms fast, which will enforce the driving of the knees mentioned before. It is best to keep your form tight and not all over the place so that you can do the things previously listed.
