minivan? have to take it to a shop so just want to have kind of an idea what the cost may be to have some repair it for me .

I am the administrator but i am having trouble getting the files unencrypted. I follow the path of un checking the box but it says access is denied. and there is no option to enter a password at this point. Any suggestions?

the service indicator light for oil change is blinking but i know that it wasn't reset at the oil change. I have reset it before but i can't remember / thanks
