Where can I buy an old style stem for my old road bike. I have a shorter one but I prefer the feel of a longer one like the stems on the Italian bikes of the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you put a car radio on it than that is pretty cool and umm redneck. Although a very impractical thing to do to your bike.

Actual mountain biking is the best way but goin very fast and riding a lot is a good way to lose weight.

Riding a bike can be easy. Practice your balance. Realistically it could take a couple hours to learn if you have good balance. Bike rentals cost around $15 depending on the place and/or the bikes themselves.

You need around a 62 or 63cm road frame. Trek 1.1 is a good choice. You may want to raise the seat a bit depending on your inseam.
