I want to lift my 87 jeep Cherokee and I keep seeing the skyjacker jc30 component box. Is this a lift kit?

I bought a Cherokee loredo from a kid who had a sub n the back. While I was cleaning it the power wires crossed and the radio turned off as well as all the interior lights. I followed the wires and they are plugged directly into the fuse box. Now the radio and the interior lights don't work...
