I was using my Samsung Comeback from T-Mobile when it just stopped receiving service. It only says "searching". I have taken out the battery and sim card and cleaned it out, but it only says "searching". What should I do?

My family is planning to get and unlimited plan from t-mobile We know it starts with 2 plans for $150 a month. But if you add 3 more lines how much will it cost for each line to be added? and how much will it cost monthly? Hope that makes sense :0
