I'm a pretty thin-skinned person who gets offended pretty easily. I get offended by the messages in a lot of Disney animated films. I was a bit offended by the morals in the last 2 Harry Potter books. However, I don't think I've ever been offended by an episode of South Park.

I think it's really only in the last decade or so that kids cartoons have actually started to feature kids as main characters more often than adults. For instance, almost all golden age stars were adults, and so were most Hanna-Barbera characters, and most toy-based 80's characters.

The Spaceballs animated series hasn't premiered yet. You haven't missed it. And since the show hasn't made its' debut as of yet, it's far too early to be expecting a DVD.
