I'm working on a website. Right now, I'm having a little trouble. I've set up my container. But my Navigation bar and other content are way at the bottom of the page below the container. How can I fix this?

I read somewhere that you can play music on your phone through you car radio/cd player via bluetooth. Is this true? How do I set this up? If not, is there an adapter that I can use to do this? Thanks.
