on a 1993 jeep grand cherokee can you substitute gear lube for dexron to quiet it down?
it makes a weird noise only sometimes when you are driving.. can someone please help. it is full time 4wd. 5.2 v8. automatic. the noise is like a baseball card in a bicycle rim. please help it is really annoying. ok so heres how it happens. i will be driving say 45, i will just tap the brake... -

i have a 93 jeep grand cherokee and it makes a weird noise..?
it sounds kinda like a bike when you put a playing card in the wheel... but it is weird it only happens sometimes. say i wil be driving 45 ill just tap the brake and it will start then hit the gas and then itl stop.. PLEAASE HELPPP MEEE I CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT!!!!1 -
