Well, WiFi and BT use the same 2.4GHz frequency, so it is possible they will interfere with each other. I would suggest removing the headphones and re-pair them. If you have access to changing the channel on the AP, change it to a higher one.

I haven't used a FP2 phone yet or one with an OLED screen, so I don't know what I'm missing and I'll leave it at that until the E72 comes out (for FP2). Go back to the N95 where you'll get excellent call quality. You will fall in love with it again. :)
