I have really pale skin naturally, and it's kind of embarrassing to wear shorts/swimsuits in the summer. How can I get a nice, natural-looking tan outside? I also sunburn easily, so what type of tanning lotion or sunscreen should I use? I'd love to get a base tan over the course of about a week...
