    Is it okay to go to dance rehearsal around 3 hours after giving blood? What about 24

    hours after? I would be donating around 3 PM and dancing around 6 PM. I can donate the day before but I am really busy then, so I was wondering if I'd be able to donate the same day (and if I should mark my choreography instead). This will be the first time I'm donating.

    teens! have you read& do you recommend any of these books?

    Lauren Conrad wrote a book? And no, I haven't read any of those, but I recommend The Clique series by Lisi Harrison. They're awesome books! The 39 Clues books are really good too. And I hear that the Ink trilogy is pretty good as well.
