Where is the A/C Heater blower module on a 2000 S 10 Chevy Blazer 4x4 4.3 V6?

7/99 Chevy Blazer LT 4x4 4 Door V6?
The air works great but the heater does not work I have changed the thermostat (cheap thing first) it will blow hot for about 3 months and then it dies (heater). Is it the blower fan motor, I changed that 3 times now
