i was wondering where can i get promethazine with codeine because i havnt seen a place online that sells it

i"m 5'9 or 5'10 and 14 and i wanted to know what exercises can i do that'll help me jump higher i wanna be able to dunk by next year and right now i"m touching maybe the bottom of the rim without the ball any help? thanks
