WHAT IS THE HIGHEST COMPRESSION RATIO I CAN GET OUT OF A 82 FORD 2.3L TURBO MOTOR THIS IS FOR A RACE TRUCK I DONT HAVE A TURBO ON THIS MOTOR

i have a ford race truck with the 2.3l turbo motor from the early 80's and im looking to upgrade it,i want to get the compression up tp 10.5:1 or 11:1.where can i get parts and what do i need to change to get this?any help is appreciated
