i have a haro f4 frame from about 5 years ago and it is super heavy. just wondering if there is a way to loose weight without compromising too much strength. i ride trails(dirt jumps in the woods) so i would like to avoid drilling a bunch of holes in the frame because i dont want to get a bunch...

i was really young when they were popular (im pretty much 18). they are plastic rims that have i think 3 large spokes and they were used for bmx bikes. and if they got bent all you had to do is stick them in the freezer for like a day or something and they would straighten themselves out. also...

i recently got a new pioneer sound system (head unit and 4 speakers). its a 200watt (50watt per speaker) system. im just wondering if i can replace the four stock 6.5 in. speakers and the head unit with out adding anything? if i need to what do i need and whats a good place to get it?good brand...
