    it will surely work until is unlocked most of the phone come unlocked..try using it with other Sim of Philippines... my phone 4m Vietnam worked in s.Korea

    depends on what you want from your phone..if u r want just looks than lg chocolate (which my gf have) if u want comp ability or more function than n97 mini..coz u can get many new sofrware with that,
