I am having trouble with my car when I turn to the right, I notice when I turn to the left nothing happens but when I turn to the right the car shakes slightly like if the tire wants to fall off and this just started to happen what can it be?

Okay it was getting dark and i was traveling home and i turned on my brights cause it was dark dark and well when i switched my brights on, my low beam headlights turned off?!?!? now they wont turn back on, the fuse and the bulbs are great but why arent they comming on anymore?
