    how do i jailbreak my ipod 3.1.3?

    i have an ipod touch 3.1.3 im pretty sure its 2g but i have tried like everything to jailbreak it and nothing seems to work. do i need itunes and if so which one and how do i get it. and what do i need to download to jailbreak it and how to do it... ill really appreciate it.
