i have download a game for my phone from the internet. but i dont know how to install it to my phone.. well, i've tried to put it through USB, but there are no install option..

i used CSL m30i phone. i've tried to download sim city from umnet.com to my pc and transfer it to my phone. but, i can't play it. its in .jar format.
