i went to walmart & it said i needed 6x9 speaker; all the 6x9 speakers are oval, but looking at the door panel it looks like it would need a circle speaker. i havnt yet opened the door panel, is the oval shape speaker the correct one? thanks :)

I don't know anything about cars, but my husband blew out the right speakers before he left for deployment. I want to surprise him & fix them before he comes home; how would I go about doing this? Do I need to buy them first? [& if I do, what kind, etc...] & then get them put in at a car place...
