Well i want to wake up early as 6:30 am to exercise
cuz apparently you can lose more cardio that way.
I don't want to go outside and jog cuz there's alot of scari people
outside at 6:30 am =O.
I have a small backyard. Very small =S.
If i just jog around there, like jog to the fence
and jog back...
I not overweight, nd im actually skinny but i want to lose some tummy fats.
Will rollerblading for 30 min along with dancing for 15 min help lose those love handles?
