I've googled it so many times and it hasn't really helped me. I've already looked in the instructions but there's nothing in there about the phone lock for some reason? When I went on SETTINGS>SECURITY>SECURITY LEVEL, and changed it to 'phone' then typed in the password, it didn't do anything...

My credit seems to have gone and I don't know where as I have had free texts and everything for ages and I havnt send more than a few texts since they ran out. Any idea where it could have gone?
