Definately agree with this one. Another really painful scene is in the Aqua Teen Hunger Force episode "Revenge Of The Trees," when Carl gets his back skin ripped off by trees numerous times.
Probably the most painful scene I've seen in animation, though, is Butters getting a ninja start stuck...
