    No it does not have FM radio. Theres an app for it that offers online internet radio. Like Pandora, LastFM, Tunewiki etc..

    It depends on Verizon. Since it has happened 3 times already, If you call them and tell them in a serious manner that you DO NOT want this phone anymore and prefer a new, they might negotiate with you. I say you definitely deserve to choose another phone, 3 PHONES??!?!?!?! Come on now..

    Your SIM card will work with ANY T Mobile phone. So if you have a old t mobile phone laying around you can use that. Yes you can buy a phone from T Mobile but it will be expensive, try buying one from a friend if you dont have one already laying around. But remember! it has to be a T Mobile phone!
