    I am getting a replacement mobile phone, and am considering the HTC Hero. Does anyone else have the phone? And if so what do you think of it?

    Can the police stop me in my car without a reason?

    I was stopped on my way home and breathalised by the police. I had done nothing wronga and there was nothing wrong with my car. The breathaliser was negative as I don't drink. Can they do this?

    Can a school record all telephone calls into and out of the building in the UK?

    It has come to my attention that my sons school has been recording all telephone calls. Do they have to notify you when a call is being recorded or is it ok not to?
