we just replaced the water pump and all the belts put it all back together its got gas in it and it just keeps cranking over but slightly cranking over im not sure what it could be , its got a high sercurity system on it but i dont no how to bypass it if thats what it is any ideas?

okay we got a 1996 Mazda Millenia 2.5 v6 i replaced the thermostat, the belt that controls the water pump/crankshaft/altenator, and all the relays and fuses, one of the cooling fans seem not to want to work, the driver side works but not passenger side, i replaced it with a new one and still...
