I'm currently on my own plan and never did text much, but my younger brother recently got to the point where he was sending 10k+ texts per month. So my mother, who runs their Verizon family plan, set up his number so he could only text a few essential people (his girlfriend, the family, etc.)...

Must be a problem with the adaptor actually; either got something weird in its design, it is damaged or it is mono. I bought two different ones and they work fine.

Wirelessly posted (Blackberry 9700: Opera/9.80 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/5.0.17405/1092; U; en) Presto/2.4.15) I had to reflash it and bring it back from the dead. A hard reset did nothing to it. Its working great now. Thanks again for the help.

There is an FCC entry of a phone that looks to fit the E71's description with T-Mo support in 3G. Perhaps this is part of the delay and Nokia is looking to do a carrier release at the same time as the regular launch. Perhaps both at ATT and T-Mo?

Resistive experience on this is as good as capacitive. However multi touch will make a difference. You don't need 800Mhz or even 600 Mhz processor on this. The phone as is with 400+ mhz is freaking lihghtening fast already. RAM I agree, more RAM is always welcome. Bigger screen? You wanna carry...

If I was an AT&T user I would defiantly get the AT&T nexus one over an iphone. Just a better phone overall. Handles emails, calls a lot better, the OS is just 10X better
