    Ok i have recently bought the new boost mobile phone whenever i try to get on anything that involves web it wont let me it says: the network is preparing your services then it crashes do i have to have my phone for a certain period of time to get internet and i do the 50 dollars a month plan too

    Boost mobile help: internet etc?

    I have just bought my boost mobile phone today whenever i try to get on anything that involves web it says: the network is preparing your services and then it won't work do i have to have my phone activated for a certain amount of time or do i need to fix something please help
