Ya, then do what I do, buy a subsidized phone and then sell it. I know i'll be with at&t for the foreseeable future, so I don't mind being under contract. I ended up buying a bold for $200 and then selling it for $400.

Among the three you have listed I'd say iPhone 4 is the most versatile and is a complete package. I am using one and it's factory unlocked, I bought it from timtechs couple of months ago.
