What I still want to know is how easily is the device locked? I hate the way the N82 locks. I want a simple yet effective way to lock the device before I put it in a holster or my pocket. Any phone thats this style NEEDS to have this feature. Sorry to say it but thats ONE thing the iPhony got...

Ya, then do what I do, buy a subsidized phone and then sell it. I know i'll be with at&t for the foreseeable future, so I don't mind being under contract. I ended up buying a bold for $200 and then selling it for $400.

You can see a difference in the color in pictures when it's side by side to an N85 with good lighting, it's very dark with a grey/blue tint.

Among the three you have listed I'd say iPhone 4 is the most versatile and is a complete package. I am using one and it's factory unlocked, I bought it from timtechs couple of months ago.
