    Is there any way around cancelling my rogers wireless account without having to pay the $400 fee?

    yes i know rogers sucks, luckly i had a pay as you go phone so i had no bill when i left them. what you can do is get anyone you know(or dont know) to take over your plan, rogers will just switch the names on the account and all the info and you give(or sell) your phone to that other person
