I have long legs (or so i'm told) but i'm a terrible sprinter.
I did some thinking, since i have long legs i have a little harder time controling it's speed.
Can this be proven as true? If so, what do you recommend for someone who has long legs so i can prepare myself for next year?
Track starts tomorrow and i'm planning on sprinting short distance like 100 yards.
I want to do my best, soo.......any tips?

You see, my hands are very sensitive to Humidity and they're dry in cold weather but for some reason, my palms are still normal? Is the palm made if different skin material?
