Depends on what kind of hash browns you are referring to. Hash rounds - deep fry in a fry daddy at 375 til golden brown Shredded hash browns, in a skillet with oil and over medium heat, it'll take about 15-20 minutes but make sure to not move them around too much until they start crisping.

easy no frills answer...boil chicken, shred once cooked through and let it simmer in the sauce for approximatly 15 minutes. :)
