I'm getting my husband a pocket bike for his anniversary. He says it would be a fun hobby. He likes the fact that he can tinker with it, getting upgrades and such... What additional parts or upgrades should I include in this surprise??

I qualify for the full amount on my FAFSA, but the school im going to has 25$ application fees 150$ registration fees, and 325$ for books. none of this is covered by the PEL grant i got. I dont work, and my husband doesnt make enough to pay for it. We wont be getting anything back from Tax...
