I activated my phone on bell.ca with my bell account. i bought the phone used off of kijiji and i activated it then called to get it programmed and the lock code will not work for the phone. anyone know what might be wrong?

My pontiac sunfire will barley take off and will max out at 65 km/h going up hill (40mph) and it will stall from time to time. I was told it could be the fuel injector o-rings. would that be the problem? if not what else could it be, PLEASE HELP!!
