I have created a webpage (xyz.aspx and xyz.aspx.cs) in my local machine using Microsoft's VS2008. I have used SQLServer as back-end. Now if I send my xyz.aspx and xyz.aspx.cs file to another person, will it run? The other person don't have VS2008. If it don't run there, how can he make it run...
