My radiator fan fuse keeps blowing(20A). Is there any other fuse that is stronger that i can use for it. It keeps making my car over heat from the radiator fluid running into the over flow. i keep trying to find something wrong so i want to know if i can put a stronger fuse to help it out.

I formatted my flash drive and now it only shows 238mb, i went to Windows 7 disk manager and it shows 14GB unallocated, but I cant expand the current 238mb volume, how do I fix this?
