Since you clearly find it difficult to juggle both, and you already prioritise Geography over Art, then probably you should drop Art. You can continue doing art as a hobby in your free time, it doesn't have to go to waste.

You can think about whether you want to paint a descriptive painting that records the beauty of nature. Or a reflective theme that touches on social issues like, ageing. You can also consider other abstract themes like anger, happiness, loneliness, motion, greed etc. Or... a random theme...
