    Is it true that eating desi ghee can ease delivery and is good for the baby?

    My mum keeps telling me to eat a lot of desi ghee as it will ease delivery and will make me and baby strong. I'm just a little vary of that though. Won't it just make me fat?? llol 21 weeks pregnant (5 months, 1 week)
