    Am I correct in assuming that the time period of a simple pendulum will vary as the rocket ascends? As the time period of pendulum is estimated by T=2pi sqrt(l/g) g must vary as the altitude changes, g'=g(1-2h/r). Therefore the time period of pendulum should increase. Am I correct?
