I lost 100lbs with the eleiptical but i've gained a lot of muscles, i would like burn fat, i have like 30lbs of fat left, would the bike machine help me with fat loss.
I have lost 100lbs so far by using the Eliptical, but a lot of it is muscles that i've grown, and now i could tell i have about 20-30 lbs of fat, i know i need more cardio to burn this off...
Any ideas, am i right jogging and biking would help...
