    Which two are in most demand? I would like to go for social studies, myself, but want to be guaranteed a job, as well as to feel I'm helping a cause (filling a much-needed gap/shortage). I heard somewhere years ago that there is a shortage of natural science teachers. Rumor? Truth?

    Is it realistic to think that a recent high school graduate at 19 years of age can

    open a vegan restaurant? What if this is my career goal right from the moment I graduate and don't get caught up in anything else? Is it an unrealistic goal? What are the business prospects?
