    in and it works? does the new phone need some sort of activation? o__o the sim card is a tmobile sim card. it already has a number and a prepaid plan. my phone broke so i just need a new phone

    Is a sidekick slide without a data plan possible?

    I currently use a tmobile prepaid card. I want to buy a sidekick slide from ebay. If I buy it and then I do not buy a data plan for it will it work? And also, if I do not buy a data plan, for example, if I take a picture with my sidekick and I close the phone, will the picture be deleted?

    I've heard of some comments about the sidekick but I still want to buy it. If a person does not have a data plan, then will they lose their contacts and pictures when they close it? Please tell me ><

    I heard that sidekicks loose all their data when they close if a person does not have a data plan. I wanted to make sure if that was true and I really can't get a data plan but can someone explain what a data plan is?

    Should i charge my phone first? and should i just put my sim card in.. Or should I call customer service and register this phone..? very confused
