I have never seen an option to have the lights stay on when plugged in. I think you have to manually set it up when you want it to happen. Its not like a wm device
I was thinking Nokia dropped the price because of the SE Satio. The Satio is so damn expensive. I really like the look of it, but I don't have that kind of money. The N86 went out of stock at the Nokia shop some time ago when it went down to $450 from $500.
