    i need help eceryday after practice i get a weird crease in my foot that hurts

    what happened? i play football and its been two a days and everyday after practice i have a crease on the bottom of one foot that hurts to walk on. idk if its my cleats or socks i think maybe socks but after walking around it goes away then next day after practice it starts and its same sequence...

    Best way to advertise my small business without spending alot or free?

    I need ways to advertise my small business for little money or free. I looked into the local newspaper and things like that in the area and they want like $4grand a month! Its just ridiculous! (I WILL CHOOSE BEST ANSWER!!)
