    android SDK 2.1 for windows vista problem i really need help please!!!?

    ok i downloaded the android SDK 2.1 zip folder i have extracted it to my desktop when i run it it says fetching URL failed so i then closed the window canceled the next and tryed forcing the urls in settings yet it still says fetching urls failed any one know what i have to do to get it...
