I don't know what to choose. Which one's better ? Pros and cons ? Please don't mention any other phone, cause these are my two choices. Help Please ?

So my contract is about to be done , and like im get a new phone and stuff. My Question is , you know how when you make a new contract they will handle out free phones but what if you don't like any of them but there's one that isn't free and you have to pay . I don't understand this . HELP ?
