    I am buying a home that shares it's water supply with other homes...is this legal?

    I am purchasing a mobile home (rent to own). The mobile home shares the same water supply with about 4 other mobile homes (rental property also owned by the seller). Is it legal to purchase a home that shares a water supply with other homes?
