    I have a haro bmx bike and i want to know if it would be good exercise if i rode...

    ...it 7 miles a day? I currently weigh 120 pounds. Iam 5 feet 2 inches and i used to have an 8 pack. I work out sometimes for muscle and i am very muscular. I have a deep six pack but its not showing. I want to ride my bike so i can bring it out a bit.
