First thing, dont pop the blister. If it breaks on its own, that's okay, but you want to keep it intact as long as possible to keep it from getting infected. apply a wet cloth or towel to the blister followed by a dry cloth. Try to make the cloth stay in place since i'm sure you want to sleep...

I mean, I dont wear them 24/7, I take them off at night. I wear nursing bras too, but those make my back hurt. And, since I;ve lost so much weight, my sports bras are kind of loose. What causes breast tissue damage?
