A bottle nipple is generally longer and goes further into the baby's mouth making it easier to "latch" and suck. A breast nipple only goes so far. Milk also comes out faster and easier from a bottle than a boob. If it takes too long the baby gets frustrated.
At 16 weeks it is still a guess on the gender. I'd wait it out. It's hard to wait, but you just kind of have to suck it up sometimes. Plus if you try to get it done at another place, then depending on your insurance and what not, you might have to pay, or you might have to pay more for it...
